1000 Candles For Kids

All it takes, is one candle at a time, and 100% of the profit goes directly to the Prayer Child Foundation.  What is this you ask?  An amazing opportunity to give back.  To what?  Children ages birth to eighteen years old who are seriously ill across the United Sates. 

So many times when a child becomes sick,  families are faced with countless Doctor visits, medical treatment, and for some, a financial burden as well. 

You may be wondering, could this help my child?  Or, how can I help?  Let me share more details about this outstanding non-profit organization.  Founded in 2000 by Karen and Curt Waisath, the Prayer Child Foundation is a 501(c)(3) that seeks to make a difference in the lives of children with physical and emotional challenges by providing financial support, opportunity for involvement to help others and a hope for a positive future.

It is managed by an all-volunteer staff, directed by Karen Waisath, President of the Foundation.

As an Independent Demonstrator for Gold Canyon Candles, I felt a huge responsibility to raise awareness for this cause.  After much thought, I decided to do 1000 Candles!

I have set a personal goal to sell 1000 Candles For Kids by December 31st 2009.

The 1000 Candles, is not endorsed by Gold Canyon Candles, nor Squidoo. This is something that I feel the Lord has called me to do.  I will answer his call, and also extend my deepest appreciation to Gold Canyon Candles, Zimbio, and Squidoo, for allowing me this voice, to share my cause with the world.

Remember, one candle can make a difference, would you like to help a child?
