20. Snooki
It's too early to tell if Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi has any staying power, but already she's helped her Jersey Shore castmates secure a second season for the surprise MTV hit show. She hasn't done much outside of the show besides a local weather broadcast, but Snooki has to be onto something since SNL's Bobby Moynahan has already made her a recurring character in his repertoire.
