Mitt Romney Criticizes Obama’s Experience
Former Presidential candidate and Governor of Massachusetts Mitt Romney went on CNN this morning to play the role of political attack man, which is the only thing he knows how to do, in order to criticize Barack Obama’s experience, reminding viewers that Obama has never run a business or enterprise or government.
Two things came to mind…
1. Neither has Senator John McCain.
2. Barack Obama has more experience being a liberal than Mitt Romney has of being a conservative.
Pundits automatically said this was nothing more than Mitt Romney auditioning for the job of Vice Presidential candidate. Personally, I hope McCain picks Romney. It will make it all that much easier to convince my fellow conservatives to vote for Bob Barr or anyone else besides John McCain to send a message to the Republican Party.
On the other hand… Mitt Romney is the only person on the face of this earth that annoys me more than Hillary Clinton and your average vulgar Ron Paul supporter. I really don’t want to have to blog about how much I hate this guy from now until November.
I think McCain’s best bet for VP in 2008 is John Thune or Sam Brownback… of course, McCain seems hellbent on destroying the Republican Party, so don’t count on their names being on the Republican ticket come November.
