Lanny Davis Discusses Amicus Brief on Pending Supreme Court Case
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Tomorrow, Tuesday, December 21, Lanny Davis, legal expert and former special counsel to President Bill Clinton will host a conference call to discuss the amicus brief filed with the United States Supreme Court on behalf of the National Black Chamber of Commerce. The brief, co-authored with David Rivkin, attorney and constitutional law scholar who served in the administrations of both Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush, focuses on the civil rights implications and potential Constitutional violations of the well known Anna Nicole Smith estate case known as Stern v. Marshall.
