Elizabeth Banks has really upped the ante for her first Cannes Film Festival. No disrespect to her, but I didn't know she had this in her. She's seriously blowing me away. The red Armani Prive gown, was stunning, but then you shouldn't go wrong with Couture. This Andrew GN Fall 2009 navy sequined gown is outstanding. Again she is channeling old Hollywood, and the hair is the similar to last night, but I can't find a single fault. Love the bare neck, the simple black rose cuffs on her wrists, and the Daniel Swarovski clutch. If felt slightly underwhelmed by Aishwarya Rai's white Cavalli ... Read Full Story

100 Years Of Hong Kong Cinema Party I tried, but unfortunately I couldn't find a full length picture of the beautiful Vicky Zhao Wei, in her dazzling Christian Dior Resort 2009 strapless gown. I love that pink and baby blue beaded bodice. What a vision she is, even from the waist up. "Taking Woodstock" Premiere Even though Tilda Swinton's companion is wearing wedged heels, she is still no match for Tilda in the height department, as Tilda is wearing blue sole YSL Trib Two heels. With those infamous heels, she is wearing a black silk Lanvin Fall 2009 gown, with frayed edges. She opted ... Read Full Story

In the kindest possible way, Monica Bellucci and Sophie Marceau need to get a room, because it was almost impossible to find separate pictures of them on the red carpet. At the Don't Look Back (Ne Te Retourne Pas) premiere during Cannes, Monica Bellucci oozed megawatt sex appeal, whilst showing off her sexy curves, in an off-the-shoulder Christian Dior silk gown, with a matching Dior clutch. Her décolletage was decorated with an exquisite necklace. Red carpet glamour doesn't get any hotter than this. Sophie Marceau also wore red. Normally this would maybe considered this a fashion faux pa, but these woman are so close, ... Read Full Story

Leila Bekhti wore the same Lanvin strapless dress , which Drew Barrymore wore to the He's Just Not The Into You LA premiere earlier this year. This Spring 2009 strapless black dress has a contrasting nude silk detail at bust, and kicks out into an airy pouf shape skirt just above the knee. Two tone heels, and a matching box clutch complete the look. Gabrielle Lazure stood out wearing a metallic blue Alberta Ferretti Fall 2009 mini dress, with contrasting 3/4 length sleeves. I'm not so crazy about her metallic ankle strap heels, but the colour works well with her dress. Julie Gayet wore ... Read Full Story

Cannes Film Festival starts tomorrow, so we'll have 11 days of the most beautiful gowns gracing the red carpet. The only downside is that L'Oréal are said to have pulled their sponsorship of the event, so we may not see L'Oreal girls Aishwarya Rai, Kerry Washington, Natalie Imbruglia, Eva Longoria and Milla Jovovich gracing the red carpet. I hope to see plenty of gowns which will give me goosebumps. Remember Cate Blanchett last year? We're not still worthy. As well as the premiere's, their will be many parties. The biggest is the amfAR's Cinema Against AIDS Benefit , plus Dolce & Gabbana will hold ... Read Full Story
