Actress Kate Hudson on the red carpet for the premiere of Nine. Looking glam on the red carpet, Kate Hudson, Nicole Kidman, Penelope Cruz and the stars of 'Nine' braved the London chill to premiere their upcoming musical sensation, hitting theaters stateside Christmas Day."I didn't know I could belt a high E -- [director Rob Marshall] squeezed it out of me," said Kate about her newfound singing ability. "The confidence was something that I never really had before. Working with Rob, he really sort of builds that confidence in you. Like anything, you have to really believe that you can do it."
"Everybody in it is so extraordinary," raved Nicole of her castmates. "I do remember walking on the set and seeing Kate dancing and going, 'Oh my gosh, she's amazing.'"
