According to Entertainment News Michael C. Hall has Cancer. It was revealed that he has been battling cancer, but he is almost finished with the treatment, and the disease is in remission. Michael C. Hall said that he is so lucky that was diagnosed with this “treatable and curable condition” Hodgkins’ lymphoma. He thanked the medical team over and over again for their skill in caring so much for him.

Craig Bankkey who is Michael C. Hall’s spokesman’s said that his cancer is now in remission, but the actor will have to continue his treatments.

Michael C. Hall did attend the Golden Globe awards with his wife and Dexter co-star Jennifer Carpenter where he was nominated for best dramatic actor, and the show as best drama. He is also attended the Screen Actors Guild Awards where the entire cast was nominated for best drama. He won the award for best actor in a television drama and made no reference to his illness in his acceptance speech. He just stood there and paid tribute to his wife and co-star Jennifer Carpenter, who sat there and blinked away tears of happiness as he accepted the award. The actor had to come public with the disease because sooner or later everyone would suspect something about his physical appearance. Michael C. Hall found a Japanese hat and figured he would wear it to cover his head. It was pretty simple.

According to Entertainment News Hall will begin to work on a fifth series of Dexter later this year. He met his wife, who plays his sister on the set Jennifer Carpenter.
