"Disposable Hero" Brian Deegan

Brian Deegan is the "disposable hero"
This movie that aired on Spike tv has been somewhat of a motivating factor for me. Because of his many injuries and surgeries, Brian is literally held together with metal plates, pins, and screws. Since my own injury in April, I have had a small taste of this with a compound fracture to my arm put together with an 8" steel plate.
