The Resurgence of The Jam

Back in the day, when I first started to listen to college radio, one of my favorite songs was Start! from the British new wave band called The Jam. To me, the song was great because it was so musically simple, it seemed like any kid could learn to play any of the parts. Then, I got so much pleasure out of singing the line, "But knowing that someone in this life loves with a passion called hate.."

What is The Jam up to these days? Well, they are back together and on the road. At least two of them are anyway. Bruce Foxton and Rick Buckler, the bassist and drummer of the band are working on a live DVD and an album that they hope to drop by the end of the year.
