Full Moon, Aurora, Ontario, Canada, Feb 20, 2008, 06:18 PM EST
However, here are my adventure with the moon on February 20, 2008. To start, I was killing myself for not bring my camera with me when driving home from work. The moon on the horizon was beautiful, especially being against the light blue sky. By the time I got home, it was high up in the sky, but guess what, I was able to take some full moon photos and partial eclipse from my bedroom window and stayed warm. Because my lens was focused on the moon, it ignores the window, its just like having another protective lens cover, which I already have, and ignores the finger prints too - yes my windows aren't so clean. However, for the full lunar eclipse I had to come out, but as you will see not so sharp.

The lunar eclipse was getting close, the moon was probably covered eighty percent by the Earth shadow now, and I am now trying to figure out how I took photos of the last lunar eclipse Aug 28,2007 Lunar Eclipse Over Aurora, ON, well I had to eventually dig out the photo properties. One of the things I should have also done, was to set up my tripod, but no I thought I got it good shots then resting on the car window. However, this time the moon was high on the sky, and believe or not, I got stiff neck next morning, lol. The car window did not work, so eventually my hubby offered his head, and eventually I did get this one picture of the lunar eclipse, lol. What you see here are the stages of the lunar eclipse, until fully covered (at least I think it was fully covered), and for the uncovering period I just watched, it was to harsh for my camera to bring from warm to cold, and vise versa again.
