The Eagles announced yesterday the signing of three rookie free agents. Terms of the deals were not disclosed. Quarterback Casey Hansen (6-foot-6, 220 pounds) threw for 4,277 yards and 19 touchdowns during his two-year career at Norfolk State, where he led the MEAC in 2006 with 2,166 passing yards.
