According to Wikipedia.org: Acquired immune deficiency syndrome or acquired immunodeficiency syndrome is a collection of symptoms and infections in humans resulting from the specific damage to the immune system caused by the human immunodeficiency virus. The late stage of the condition leaves individuals prone to opportunistic infections and tumors. Although treatments for AIDS and HIV exist to slow the virus's progression, there is no known cure. HIV is transmitted through direct contact of a mucous membrane or the bloodstream with a bodily fluid containing HIV, such as blood, semen, vaginal fluid, preseminal fluid, and breast milk. This transmission can come in the form of anal, vaginal or oral sex, blood transfusion, contaminated hypodermic needles, exchange between mother and baby during pregnancy, childbirth, or breastfeeding, or other exposure to one of the above bodily fluids.

Many People Think God Refused to Heal An AIDS Victim

It is wonderful to triumph over any situation and AIDS has been one of the greatest stumbling blocks in a saved block person's life, but God is still in the healing business. One of the saddest thing about the black church, is that there are many so-called saved congregants who believe God does not heal a person with AIDS; however, their doubt comes from the pit of hell. There have been several testimonies about people who were cured of AIDS. Just because millions of people died of AIDS does not mean that is every other person with HIV/AIDS death sentence. Just because AIDS started off destroying the gay community does not mean God is prejudice.

One of the most dangerous weapons within the African American community is specifically "fire and brimstone" preachers who have placed people with AIDS in hell just because they assume they caught it from being gay. This is one of the main reasons why many people in the black community who could have survived AIDS, did not and are not alive today. Therefore, it was not always the white supremacists who have killed our own race, it has been these particular ministers and their followers who believe God gave AIDS to people because of their sin.
