Kimito Date Krumm to play at AIG Japan Open Tennis Championships
Kimiko Date Krumm, who will turn 38 years old next week, will be playing her first WTA main draw event at the AIG Japan Open Tennis Championships starting September 29th.
Date Krum was out of the game for 12 years but made a comeback on April 2008 and she has been doing great claiming the ranking very fast, right now she is 251st in the world.
Kimiko, who was ranked as high a number 4 in 1995, said that "I may be beaten completely. [Yet] I'm prepared for it."
She added, however, "I have been feeling something tangible while playing tennis."
Date-Krumm's goal, according to her, is to give stimulus to the tennis world.
