Steelers Put Aaron Smith on IR
Pittsburgh Steelers defensive end Aaron Smith has been placed on season ending injured reserve due to a foot injury.
The 35 year old Smith’s career could also potentially be over as well. This is the third straight year that Smith has failed to make it half way through the season.
Ziggy Hood will continue to fill in for Smith for the remainder of the season and likely beyond.
