Egyptian security forces have arrested a leading member of the opposition Muslim Brotherhood and three others in pre-dawn raids on Sunday, the group said on its website. An official from Egypt's ruling National Democratic Party who was found dead in party offices was killed by his assistant, police said on Saturday. Ikram Ahmed Abdel Latif, 25, stabbed the NDP's Mohammed Zaki Mohammed Mussa to death after Mussa failed to pay him his monthly salary of 350 Egyptian pounds (62 dollars) four times in a row, police said.
