Abduhl Wal-i-Musi is the only survivor among four pirate who took Captain Richard Phillips hostage. The other three were killed by snipers from the Navy SEALS. He is thought to be between 17 and 19, though his mother claims he is 16.

MADRID (Reuters) - A suspected Somali pirate captured after the hijacking of a Spanish fishing boat will face trial in the high court because a second medical test has confirmed he is older than 18, court sources said on Wednesday.
