The search is on for a five-year-old boy in need of a heart transplant. Police say Porter Stone's father, Jeffrey Stone, took off with the boy just discharged from a children's hospital in St Louis, Missouri, and could be headed to the Bay Area.  

ST. LOUIS, Mo. --An amber alert has been issued for a Missouri boy with serious heart concerns. Police say 5-year-old Porter Stone was taken by his father after the boy was discharged from the St. Louis Children's Hospital on Tuesday.
