A new trailer for Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter has appeared online and it looks rather dramatic, filled with loads of CG and it flies by extremely fast and I had to watch it twice. It's good though, it does looks great. I like the fact that we're finally getting some story for it as well. With just under a month away from the film's release, Fox has issued a red band trailer for Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter in an attempt to lure audiences into theaters based on the more violent aspects of the feature.  

Poor ‘lil Stevie Spielberg. Come Oscar season he may have a tough act to follow with his Daniel Day Lewis-starring Lincoln pic, the one which probably won’t feature Lincoln’s finest achievements: chopping off vampire heads, marrying Mary Elizabeth Winstead, and getting Anthony Mackie to somehow be your sidekick. A new red band trailer for Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter has hit the web.  The film is hitting theaters on June 22nd. It’s Abraham Lincoln. KILLING VAMPIRES. Honestly, the only time anyone should have to explain to you why this concept is awesome is if you’ve just won a battery-eating contest. Yes, it sounds like it was written by opening a can of alphabet soup and pouring it over Mad Libs, but seriously: ABRAHAM LINCOLN VAMPIRE HUNTER. This is the most awesomely nonsensical mashup of great things since Turducken.  

Not that there isn't any neck-biting, blood-sucking ... always pick up a copy at your local bookstore, flip to the last few pages, and find out for yourself. I'll just say, remember, it's a vampire story, so... As an aside... I’d like to see some ...
