$31 Million Lottery Winner Abraham Shakespeare Feared Dead by Authorities

The disappearance of Abraham Shakespeare, a truck driver's assistant who was living with his mother when he won a $31 million lottery prize in 2006, is being treated as a homicide by investigators.
