I just finished my physical with the Browns and I’ve got meetings today with Coach Mangini and my position coach. Getting traded to Cleveland will mean a big transition for me but I’m looking forward to it.

I just flew in from Maryland after doing a camp with Usama Young of the Saints. A lot of players were there, Daniel Muir of the Colts, Jack Williams of the Broncos, David Jones of the Bengals, Tracy Porter of the Saints. It was a great time, we had fun with the kids, taught ’em a few things.
