Why is acid reflux and refinancing my mortgage putting this page on every search engine?

Do mortgages and especially remortgages have anything to do with acid reflux disease? Well, in some cases, I'm sure they do but that's not really the point here. What we are talking about here is SEO or , Search Engine Optimization. How do we get our little hub up on the big search engine lists, high enough that we start getting traffic. beginning to catch my drift? I'm using keywords and phrases that appear on Google top ten searches. In other words people -THIS IS WHAT THE WORLD IS LOOKING FOR, RIGHT NOW!
