Question…
Best over the counter acne treatment?
I have been noticing lately that the acne on my face and back has been getting worse. I don’t want to go on prescription medicine, so I am looking for an over the counter treatment to help. I have heard about Proactiv and Clean and Clear as well as multiple others. Which has worked best for you out there?

look for anything with benzoyl peroxide. Proactiv has that, but it’s ridiculously expensive. Use it twice a day. Unlike proactiv commercial claims, it doesn’t actually work right away. It takes 2 weeks, and it probably won’t COMPLETELY clear your skin, but it will significantly reduce the acne. Most likely.
If you have more than 4 or 5 lesions, or large pimples on your face at any one point, I would just see a doctor.
