What does it mean when you have chronic migraines ?
Ever since i was in the 8th grade (im in the 10th now) i’ve been having headaches almost everyday. It used to be only on the left side right at my temple, now its only on the right side. Sometimes both sides hurt. I went to the doctor and she told me to keep a headache journal, when i went back to her she gave me a number to call to get a MRI. Is there something wrong with my head? Noises dont trigger it and my diet hasn’t changed .

Chronic migraines means you are as likely to have a headache as to not. They can be triggered by many things. Hormones is one. The MRI is to prove that nothing serious is causing them. Lots of people out grow them as they get older. Many treatments are available through your doctor. Consuming caffeine daily reduces headaches in some. On your list always note what you ate, because foods can trigger headaches especially processed foods. Chinese food is one of my triggers.
