Adam Scott Joins the Cast of The Secret Life of Walter Mitty
Casting for The Secret Life of Walter Mitty started to develop early this year when Kristen Wiig was one of the first names to sign up for the movie. And just last week Patton Oswalt joined in the comedy. Now comes word that Adam Scott is signed on to appear in the remake. The three will appear alongside Ben Stiller in a movie that follows a shy magazine proofreader who retreats to his fantasy where he becomes a self-confident reflection of himself. Deadline was the first to report of Scott’s casting.
The addition of Adam Scott is a great, and the fact that he is joining Ben Stiller, Patton Oswalt, Kristen Wiig, and Shirley MacLaine is absolutely incredible. Scott will later appear in films such as Friends with Kids, Bachelorette, and the highly anticipated cult hit Party Down.
