When I heard this news my jaw dropped. Mostly because I would have thought that Hollywood would have honored such a legendary actor by now! But no, after some fact checking (thank you Wiki) I found out that no, Adam West has never been given a Hollywood Star, until now! At long last a Hollywood tragedy has been corrected … Adam West has finally received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. A few weeks ago the actor best known for his legendary role as Batman, as well as his recent role as himself on Family Guy, finally received his long overdue and well-deserved Hollywood star. ADAM WEST has returned to the comic book world from which his iconic portrayal of Batman burst on to the screen in the 1960s TV series and spin-off movie. Bluewater Productions today announced they have partnered with the actor for a series called The Mis-Adventures of Adam West, due out in spring 2011.
