American rapper Adam "MCA" Yauch of The Beastie Boys has died following a long battle with cancer.In 2009, the Beastie Boys were forced to cancel a tour and delay the release of their album, Hot Sauce Committee, Pt. 2, after a tumor was discovered in Yauch's salivary gland.
