Adele‘s opening line shut the entire show down. Although her voice was not 100%, and her chest register was different (not as weighty), she still slayed her performance of smash single ‘Rolling In The Deep’ last night. For someone who had throat surgery recently and can still sound like that in recovery mode is very inspiring. A standing ovation was well deserved!

My only gripe is that I wish she’d wear something other than black at every award show. I know she likes to dress to accentauate her size but a little colour to her wardrobe wouldn’t hurt. Her album ’21′ continues to match and break records, as she has now tied with Beyonce for snagging the most Grammy wins in a single night. She picked up all six MAJOR awards of the evening! Slayage.
