Adele (Getty Images) Adele hit the red carpet at the Grammys tonight and looked stunning in a black sparkly dress. The "Someone Like You" singer has been out of the spotlight for a while now while recovering from vocal chord surgery, and we're happy to see she's back in action. And stunning!She wore her signature red pout with heavy eyeliner and the sophisticated gown. Her golden red locks were styled in loose curls that framed her face. We bet she'll change for her performance, but we give two thumbs up to her red carpet look. She posed alone before heading into the show, but we bet her new beau is either there or cheering her on from home!
The Grammy Awards will be held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Big stars will be performing for the show, including Adele, Jason Aldean and Kelly Clarkson, the Beach Boys (for the first time in 20 years!), Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj, and more. There will also be a heartfelt tribute to Whitney Houston, who passed away at the age of 48 Saturday.
