Adriano De Souza was the driver and chauffeur who had been waiting in the driveway of Phil Spector's home on the night of Mr Clarkson's death. Adriano De Souza called 911 and the recording of that phone call is being used as evidence in the murder trial. Adriano De Souza said that Phil Spector had a gun. Adriano De Souza thought that his "boss" had just killed someone, and called 911 for help.

Mr Jackson, the prosecutor in the Phil Spector case, played a tape of a 911 call that driver Adriano De Souza made just after the shooting. "I think my boss killed somebody," Mr De Souza was heard telling the 911 operator, adding that he had seen Phil Spector holding a gun.
