Phil Spector has sued the city of Alhambra over the depreciation of his estate, which is ironically, the same one that some might say depreciated in value when the record producer shot actress Lana Clarkson to death there in 2003. The lawsuit was filed by both Spector and his wife, Rachelle Spector, in the Los Angeles County Superior Court yesterday.
