Adventure Racing and Injuries

I'm not an adventure racer.  But I have lots of friends who are.  They train like mad, then fly all over the country (and sometimes the world) to race for 3, 4, sometimes 7, 10 days in a row.  They sleep for 5 hours (total, not per night).  They come back even more excited about the sport of Adventure Racing than they were before they did the grueling race.  It is counter-intuitive... but they love it and I can get that.But one thing that has always been crystal clear is that injuries suck...Read Full Story
