Intermountain Health Care (IHC)
For individuals and families, there are two versions: standard HMO (deductible, co-payments and coinsurance options, and additional benefits) and a health plan with high deductible (HDHP) called Health Save (compatible with health savings accounts (HSA), increased deductibles and tax savings).
The first is a HMO plans called Select Value, Selection and Care Med Select. The second product is called Plus, which is a calling plans HMO Select Med Care Plus and Select Plus.
