Let's share our stories of transformation and success to encourage each other and those who are new to "The Secret."
Forgiveness is Freedom When someone has hurt us, or someone we love, it’s easy to judge that person as bad, mean, or even evil. This may be a normal reaction, but it is not a healthy one. Our judgment of others binds us to them with invisible chains that time and distance cannot break. Those chains are built with anger, resentment, regret, blame, and fear. These are very powerful emotions that can eat away at us from the inside out. As we make an effort to become more peaceful, joyful, and... Read Full Story
Your Life is in Your Hands I have heard and read that we have the power within us to create anything in our experience that we desire. What we create in our experience is our choice, which is usually made unconsciously but can be made consciously. I understand the concept and agree with the premise, but there's a big difference between understanding and realizing. Realize means to make real. It's the feeling part of understanding, or knowing that we know. My experience has been that I have... Read Full Story
From the Intenders of the Highest Good By your thought shall you be fulfilled One of the most common questions we get has to do with people having a difficult time marrying what's going on in their mind and what's going on outside of them. They tell us that they just can't seem to hold a vision of their Intention having already manifested, when the evidence in their outside world doesn't support that line of thinking. In answering these questions I'm reminded of one of my favorite characters... Read Full Story

It is good to explore that which is coming to you from within, from the heart. It always seems strange to me to go to a sporting event in a large stadium or auditorium and when they play the national anthem almost everyone in the crowd stands up and holds their hand over their heart, on the left side of their chest. The same thing happens when you go into a classroom today and see the children saying the pledge of allegience to the flag while holding their hands over a spot on the left side... Read Full Story
Resentment: Burden and Barrier I know that I am supposed to forgive everyone everything because resentment only hurts the one who holds it. That is so much easier said than done. One of the disciples asked Jesus, “Lord, how many times should I forgive? Seven times?” Jesus told him to forgive 70 times 7. The point was not the number, but that we should continue to forgive without limits. That reminds me of an old saying, “The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.” I don’t know who said it... The End of Resistance Its been said that acceptance is the key to all our problems, but what does that really mean? How are we supposed to accept everything? Does that mean that we don’t ever fight against of for anything? Are we to be doormats, letting others take advantage of us, in order to be at peace? No, I don’t think that’s how it works. Acceptance is the opposite of resistance, but it is not giving in to injustice or giving up on creating change. In fact, we can’t change anything... Read Full Story
This is what I am intending now and I am open to inspiration for the action I can take to fulfill these intentions. My house is in foreclosure and scheduled to go to auction on Nov 4. I believe with all that I am that it will not happen. I intend that I am paying my mortgage and getting my house out of foreclosure. I intend that 500 copies of my ebook are sold this month to pay the mortgage. I intend that my kids and I are enjoying living in our house. If you have any suggestions for how I... Read Full Story
Being Truly Free We know that we should be grateful and express our thanks, but how often do we give thanks for the things we don’t like? It may sound strange, but it is of greater value and benefit to us to give thanks for that which we dislike than it is to give thanks for the things that make us happy. When you say “thank you” for something, you’re not resisting it, but allowing it to be. Remember, what we resist persists. What we bless, we have no resistance toward. It is our resistance...
