Agnieszka was upset in the opening round by Na Li 7-6 4-6 6-0 while Urszula was beaten by Jie Zheng, 4th seed, 6-3 6-3. An opportunistic Li blasted a pair of aces and overcame committing three double faults en route to breaking Radwanska’s serve on six occasions - including three times in the decisive third set. Na Li upset top-seeded Agnieszka Radwanska Monday in the opening round of the women's Monterrey Open tennis.
Na defeated Radwanska 7-6 (7-5), 4-6, 6-0.
Fourth-seeded Zheng Jie defeated Urzsula Radwanska 6-3, 6-3; seventh-seeded Gisela Dulko defeated Nathalie Dechy 6-4, 7-5; eighth-seeded Maria Kirilenko defeated Marina Erakovic 6-4, 6-3; and Lucie Safarova defeated Melissa Torres Sandoval 6-4, 6-1.
