Photo Agency. The Grand National Festival is something like the U.S.' Kentucky Derby, with a healthy helping of fake tanner and cheap beer thrown in for good measure. As you can imagine, it produces some of the most interesting fashions known to man, as tiny hats and alcohol are a TERRIFIC combination.
