Spring has sprung! In the spirit of renewal, ESSENCE.com staffer Dana Johnson cut her hair into a chic little pixie. When she asked beauty editor Tia Williams for advice on makeup to complement her new cut, Williams knew exactly who to call: celebrity makeup artist and Kissable Couture co-owner, AJ Crimson.
