Republicans Kill Babies
Go as far back in history as you can and the statistics tell the truth: Republicans kill babies. Whenever a Republican is in the White House, the abortion rates skyrocket. Whenever a Democrat is in the White House, abortions decline. If there were a long enough run of Democratic presidents, abortions would disappear altogether.
That is the paradox: Pro-Life Republicans kill babies while Pro-Choice Democrats choose life. But it is not such a paradox really. Republicans just talk about compassion while Democrats actually are compassionate and act on that compassion by programs that reduce the need for abortion.
When Republicans get into the Presidency, their first act invariably is to cut those programs so that the abortion rate will go up and they can kill babies while screaming hypocritically about how bad abortion is. It is a little hard to believe a murderer who says murder is wrong while busily murdering babies and getting arterial spray all over themselves while pontificating.
Well, maybe not so hard to believe. There always seems to be a steady supply of idiots and imbeciles and morons who go by what a person says rather than what they do.
I was listening to a program on the radio. An abortion doctor was being interviewed. She told of the time a Pro-Lifer came into her clinic and demanded an abortion. She called the doctor a murderer and said abortion was murder but she still wanted an abortion. So let me get this straight she said. I'm a murderer but you aren't? Needless to say, the doctor refused to perform the procedure and sent the pregnant woman on her way.
Do abortion doctors have second thoughts? Of course. This particular doctor won't do late term abortions. Do pro-lifers ever have second thoughts or even first thoughts?
