Al Franken
Al Franken (born May 21, 1951) is a Democratic pundit and politician. He is currently running for U.S. Senate in Minnesota against incumbent Republican Norm Coleman.
There has been some confusion about our votes against an amendment Sen. Al Franken offered to prohibit the Defense Department from contracting with any company that requires its employees to use arbitration to resolve certain claims. Arbitration is a procedure where parties agree on a way to resolve a dispute outside of court to avoid expensive, drawn-out lawsuits.
