Can you Give your self a pay raise and no one Know
In Alabama the Lawmakers give themselves a pay raise.
I'm just a good ol boy who works for a living. Getting a pay raise becase the cost of hotels , or food goes up is nie near impossable. I keep asking my boss for one becose Mac Donales has raised the price of the mac and cheese.
But in Montogomery they just say Ah and get one.
No one knows who voted the pay raise but it was a good one. 62% for a part time job.
Now i understand it cost money to make laws. But these good fokes have a full time job. Most own there own bussiness. Or they are lawers or doctors or some other job that pays more than 30,000 grand a year. (about what i make working 60 hrs a yr.)
Now i wish my boss would pay me extra to go sit in a hotail room and make passes at pages so that a bill would pass.
I feel cheeted .
If elected officeles would just learn to live with the fact they begged to be put there and not be paid for doing a job that they begged for i would feel better.
by the total they voted was from $30410 to $49,250 more than most of the people they repesent see in a year. Pluse the amout they make from there own bussines or trade. these guys are making over a $100,000.00 at our expense.
