According to Wikipedia: Alan Cumming is a Scottish actor, best known for his film roles in GoldenEye, as Boris Grishenko; in X2: X-Men United, as Kurt Wagner/Nightcrawler; and on the stage with his Tony Award-winning performance as the Emcee in the highly successful revival of Cabaret.
X-Men star Alan Cumming has been honoured with an OBE from the Princess Royal.
The 44-year-old British actor, who starred as Nightcrawler in the second X-Men movie, X2, donned a kilt to accept the OBE.
Cumming said: “The Princess is lovely. I said if I fainted to not be alarmed. She thought it was hilarious.”
