ST. LOUIS -- St. Louis Cardinals star Albert Pujols has undergone arthroscopic surgery on his right elbow with doctors removing bone chips and trimming bone spurs. Dr. James Andrews performed the operation Wednesday in Birmingham, Ala. He said Pujols would not require ligament reconstruction.
