Matt Barrows of the Sacramento Bee noticed that defensive end Aldon Smith was wearing a cast on his left hand at Winter Fest in Lake Tahoe.
Barrows indicated that the 49ers don’t have to give out any injury information right now, so we won’t know what’s wrong his hand.
As Barrows also pointed out, it’s a soft cast, so it shouldn’t be anything to be worried about.
