Alaskan advocacy group Standing Together Against Rape (STAR) will receive just $2,000 from a lottery created for its benefit while the convicted sex offender who won the lottery will walk away with $350,000 after taxes.Alec Ahsoak, convicted of multiple instances of sexual assault in 1993 and 2000, says he plans to move out of the Salvation Army hotel where he's been living and buy a house with the money he won in the lottery.
