Former England cricket captain Alec Stewart has said
that the Alastair Cook-led national squad were out-batted, out-bowled
and out-thought by New Zealand during their tour of that country.
Stewart said England would do well to improve skills in all departments of the game ahead of this year's Ashes series.
He said England will look back on their winter exploits with very
mixed emotions, as after a brilliant series win against India, they
endured a stalemate in New Zealand.
