Johnny Palermo was just 27 years old and the car accident occurred in North Hollywood where both Palermo and Alessandra Giangrande where pronounced dead at the scene. According to media reports, television actor Johnny Palermo died June 8 in a fatal car accident. Palermo, 27, and girlfriend Alessandra Giangrande, who was driving at the time, were both killed in an early morning crash in North Hollywood. Giangrande’s brother, also a passenger, survived the crash, but suffered serious injuries. Actor Johnny Palermo, whose brief but rewarding career spanned a gamut of shows from ER to Days of Our Lives, died Monday in a fatal and as yet unexplained car accident in North Hollywood. He was 27. Johnny was the passenger in a car driven by his girlfriend, Alessandra Giangrande. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
