Alex O'Loughlin segues from CBS' short-lived "Moonlight," on which his vampire character drank blood, to playing an organ-transplant surgeon on "Three Rivers," where he is up to his elbows in blood. O'Loughlin's role as the vampire Mick St. John made him a heartthrob and earned him a large fan base. The Aussie hottie is hoping that his fans follow him to "Three Rivers." "It is telling an important story," says O'Loughlin, who tells ET's Kevin...

Unsure how to drum up some publicity for a Jennifer Lopez romantic comedy that doesn't even come out until 2010? Easy. Release a new shirtless picture of her co-star Alex O'Loughlin every month or so.Last month, we were treated to a shirtless O'Loughlin driving a tractor. Now we get a full torso shot of him walking, daring anyone to say that there's nothing more emasculating than carrying a woman's purse.Least we forget that he's not actually...

Alex O'Loughlin is one of those actors who we've been waiting to have back on TV on a regular basis. Even those of us who didn't love "Moonlight" (sorry, even with Jason Dohring, I never could quite get into the show) liked O'Loughlin. The man oozes charm and sincerity - a nice combination for any lead character. It's too bad that it's "Three Rivers," premiering Sunday at 9 p.m. on CBS, is the show that is bringing him back to TV. As you may...
