Help! Missing!!! Congo African Grey Parrot

Missing!!!

Congo African Grey Parrot.  He weighs about 370 grams, is about the size of a pigeon or dove with a uniformly silvery grey body and a short bright red tail.    He is handicapped and has no toes, but this does NOT slow him down at all.   He was last seen in the alleyway between 2nd and 3rd streets in Pottstown PA at 6pm EST on Saturday March 22nd. 

Tigger is a friendly bird, and does talk but he may be spooked due to being outside and may try to fly if approached.  He is fully flighted due to his disability and is a very agile flyer.  If he is seen, please do not approach him because he will probably fly away.  Instead, have someone watch him and call me immediately.   If seen, please contact me or my husband Scott at 610-564-5764 or 484-300-6726 at any time of the day or night, or you can email me at jacdobe@comcast. net
