Red Carpet... Rose Byrne in Alexander McQueen - amfAR New York Gala To Kick Off Fall 2012 Fashion Week
Rose Byrne also attended the amfAR New York Gala to kick off Fall 2012 Fashion Week in New York City last night.
She looked elegant wearing an Alexander McQueen dress from the Spring 2012 collection.
When McQueen designer Sarah Burton originally showed the piece in Paris last October, it featured sheer panels, a flared lace skirt, and a matching full-face mask.
Rose opted for a moderately altered version and, of course, she lost the mask.
Her fitted nude and black lace dress was teamed with black Sergio Rossi satin pumps and a white Alexander McQueen skull-clasp clutch with gold trims.
Messy wavy hair, pink lips, red nail polish and a cocktail ring provided the finishing touches.
I would have loved a more interesting pair of shoes and I think she could have rocked the original version of the dress.
