Alexandr Kolobnev is riding for Team Katusha in the 2010 Tour de France.  The team is managed by Andrei Tchmil.  Team Katusha will face stiff competition from Astana (with overall favorite Alberto Contador) and Radioshack (with famed Tour vet Lance Armstrong).
