The managing editor of the Las Vegas Sun says he'll retire next month. Michael J. Kelley said Wednesday he plans to split time between his hometown of Kansas City, Mo., and Maryland, where his daughter and two grandchildren live. Kelley is 67. He started in newspapers in 1960 and has been managing editor at the Sun since 1997.
